# Ataraxy

> Ataraxy is an applied AI agency based in Montevideo, Uruguay, serving LATAM and the US. We build and implement AI agents, voice systems and AI products, and provide fractional AI leadership. Clients own the systems we deliver.

Ataraxy SAS was founded by Federico Imparatta (co-founder and CEO) and Martín Alcalde Gillespie (co-founder and CTO). White Pearl Technology Group AB is a co-owner.
